VLCC (Vandana Luthra’s Curls and Curves) stands amidst the hustle and bustle of
Dwarakanagar. We enter through the frosted glass door into the small lobby which has the receptionist’s counter, a glass shelf full of VLCC personal care products, a corner dedicated to statues of gods and the door to the men’s salon. The lobby leads to a small corridor with the ladies’ salon and counselors’ rooms on either side. VLCC is a well known name in the beauty business. The Vizag branch offers beauty, slimming and hair services. Basic services like waxing, pedicure, manicure and threading are available in different variations. For example, you can just get a normal manicure or opt for the French manicure; or get an aroma massage after your pedicure. Bleach, organic facials, tan treatment, skin lightening, glycolic face peels and many more which promise to make your skin glow. You can also get make-up done here for a party. Their bridal package also has a pre-wedding treatment that will pamper the bride’s looks so that she sparkles on her special day.
If you are looking for therapies that will go deeper to preventing ageing and rejuvenate your skin, you can try their micro derma abrasion, body polishing, cellulite treatment, laser hair removal, collagen fillers and even Botox injections that are charged by the dose.
VLCC is known for its weight reduction programs. A counselor assesses the client’s health before recommending the appropriate program, which include a combination of diet control and high or low intensity exercise.
Hair services at VLCC range from hair cuts, straightening, rebonding and perming to coloring, streaking, highlighting, hair setting, ironing and styling. VLCC has a staggering range of services to meet your every need. We would like to add though that since we didn’t experience any treatment, it wouldn’t be fair to comment on their quality. The prices are not cheap, but most places these days charge about the same rates. The center is small and has no exclusive parking.
